We are onboarding exercise physiologists, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists across Canada. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Requirements
- Active registration with relevant provincial college (PT, OT) or CSEP certification (EP)
- Canadian residency and eligibility to work in Canada
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional video call environment
- Completion of RheumAcademy foundation module before first patient
- Minimum 5 patient hours per week availability
What happens after you apply

Submit your application
Tell us about your credentials, clinical experience, and interest in rheumatology exercise medicine.

Credential verification
We verify your registration with the appropriate provincial college or CSEP. Typically 2–3 business days.

Onboarding call
A 45-minute call to walk through the FlareForward platform, protocols, and your first patient cohort.
04
RheumAcademy foundation module
Complete the online rheumatology foundation module (3–4 hours, self-paced). Required before seeing your first patient.

First patient assignment
We assign your first patient based on your capacity and condition expertise. A care coordinator handles all scheduling.
